Phyllis Mary Baker, 83, of Apopka, FL, passed away November 18, 2015. Mrs. Baker was born January 24, 1932 in Port Huron, MI. She is survived by her children Penny Baker, Tim Baker, Jim Baker; siblings Diane Wessel, Valerie Jackson, Robert Wessel; 6 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F.
