Nancy L. Romine, 72, of Longwood, Florida, passed away September 2, 2015. Mrs. Romine was born December 7, 1942 in Brooklyn, New York. She was a Homemaker. Mrs. Romine is preceded in death by her husband Donald Romine; she is survived by her loving children Jennifer Shevenell of Longwood, Stuart Romine of Lake Mary and Ted Romine of Longwood; brothers Fred Collins of Longwood and Kenneth Collins of Long Island; 4 grandchildren.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
