Theophilus E. Adams, Sr., 66, of Orlando, Florida, passed away August 27, 2015. Mr. Adams was born December 3, 1948 in Columbus, Georgia. He was a Metal Framer in the Construction Industry. He is survived by his loving children Theon Adams of Deland, Theophilus Adams of Orlando, Maria Isaacson of Eustis and Heather Adams of Apopka; sisters Betsy Adams and Renae Greir; 13 grandchildren.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
