Rhonda Laine Jenkins, 56, of Apopka, Florida, passed away August 8, 2015. Mrs. Jenkins was born October 11, 1958 in New Orleans, Louisiana. She was a Homemaker. Mrs. Jenkins is survived by her loving husband Jeffrey A. Jenkins of Apopka; children Jesse Jenkins of Apopka; mother Betty Oberholtzer of Panama City; father Bob Laine of Apopka.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
