Frank Santagata, 81, of Winter Springs, Florida, passed away, February 12, 2015. He was born December 04, 1933 in Brooklyn, NY. He was a Carpenter and a member of the Moose Lodge of Orlando. Mr. Santagata is survived by his wife Leatrice Santagata; children Victoria Santagara of NJ, Jackie Hazel of Longwood, Michael Santagata of Mt. Dora; sister Marie Meolio; 6 grandchildren.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
