Dorothy Carter, 92, of Orlando Florida, passed away on February 5, 2015. She was born on October 5, 1922, in Georgia. She is survived by her grand daughter, Candice Parker of Apopka and her great grandchild, Brian Dewey of Apopka.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F.
