Ana H. Vazquez-Rodriguez, 69, of Mascotte, passed away Saturday, July 26, 2014. She was born May 24, 1945 in Corozal, Puerto Rico. Ana was a homemaker and member of Iglesia Adventista Del Septimo Dia. Mrs. Vazquez-Rodriguez is survived by her loving husband, Jose N. Salas Lopez; children, Jossy N. Salas, Ana H. Salas and Ferinand Mari, Feliz S. Salas and Gladys Perez; grandchildren, Jessica Salas and Ivan Velez, Gisselle M. Figueroa, Edwin Figueroa, Mika C. Salas an Jadiel Feliciano and Ashly Salas; great grandchildren, Arielys Ulloa, Jasmine Ulloa, Jadielys Feliciano, Juluan Feliciano, Leisha Cruz and Alisha Cruz.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
