Mr. Joe is one of the most talented men we have ever known. He is also one of the finest. We will miss his e-mails and phone calls. We especially enjoyed our visit at his and Mrs. Louise's home. He is always positive and happy. A true joy to spend time with and be counted as one of his friends. Our loss is heaven's gain. My thoughts, prayers, and condolences are with Mrs. Louise and family.
