Jasper, Dobbie, Robin, and to all of the family members of Sheena, we are so very sorry to learn of Sheena's passing from this life, as we, my husband,Bobby, and myself, Tenita, just heard this morning after going to breakfast at Robin's Restaurant. I see Robin all the time around town, but had not seen Sheena in about two years and did not know her until she spoke to my husband, Bobby. I really had not seen Sheena since about 1974 or so when we all got together as family, and went deep sea fishing at Tarpon Springs…….I do remember Sheena as being sweet, lovely, and oh, her amazing long hair!!!! RIP Sheena……………Tenita and Bobby Reid

My mother tells me the story of how I had the biggest crush on Sheena when I was just 3 years old. I remember her long flowing, uncut hair was so special to me. Little did I know that her hair was a silent teacher of true holiness. My God, how she will be missed. Uriah Peterson –

Beverly Hutching says
For every life has a purpose to fill, a purpose which us humans can seldom infer.Sheena was a true gift from heaven, whose purpose was to make this world understand what love, friendship, goodness, and humbleness was all about. Goodness belongs to heaven, and I know Sheena is watching us from there, bestowing her beautiful smile upon us and probably laughing while saying…"if you only really knew; you would not weep, but would rejoice for me." It's the little things, the small, everyday occurrences that you'll remember. Sheena's laugh, her stories, the smiles and every encouraging word and song she sang. And even though it seems like you may never recover from this loss, it is these very precious memories that will help push the pain away and bring back the smiles. For each thorn, there's a rosebud…For each twilight ” a dawn…For each trial ” the strength to carry on,For each storm cloud ” a rainbow…For each shadow ” the sun…For each parting ” sweet memories when sorrow is done. …. Sheena was the epitome of God's light shining through His children. From a precious young girl, to a beautiful teenager, to and angel of a Lady, Sheena touched the life of all who met her in a special way. I have so many memories of all the special times we shared. While my heart is broken I know she is shouting on the hills of Glory. Looking forward to the day when we will join her and our Lord and Savior. We know it won't be long now. I love you Sheena Dawn. Rodney, you and the kids and all of the Reid and Hudspeth families are in our thoughts and prayers. Juree and Michael Weirsten

Oh I am so very sorry for your loss!!! My goodness, Sheena, was such a great person!! She was one of the sweetest, funniest people! We had some fun times together! We shared a lot of laughs together when we used to do baton with Kim Collins at the gym at the recreation department when we were little, lots of laughs in junior high, at day camp and in high school. We lost touch after I graduated, but saw each other after we'd both married & had kids and had a nice long chat about home schooling….and laughed some more about that! Man. My heart and prayers are with her family during this difficult time. May you find comfort in the memories that dwell within each of you. God bless and many hugs! Kelly (Terrill) Ott

Happy times were shared in her younger years with my daughter, Tina…at camps and on bus trips to Youth Congress conferences. So sad to have so suddenly lost someone so special this weekend. Sheena and Rodney were one of the first couples that me and my wife ever "hung" out with as a couple while we were dating. Whether Sheena was making giant Cosco hot dogs on the grill or eating fire engine hot wings everything we did with her and Rodney always seemed to have something to do with food. Our times will always be in my mind, although the days of hanging out passed a couple years ago with our busy lives and families heading in different directions geographically, you and your family were never far from our hearts. Your kids will carry on your legacy now and trust me when I say, there is NO chance they will fail to represent all that you were while on this earth, even for the short time you were here. If the saying "garbage in = garbage out" is true, than the reverse is too, and the love and kindness you taught them, by showing it to others will surely guide and direct them for the time they remain on this earth. We are all sad to see you go, but we know, even now you are sad for us that HAVE to remain. "To live is Christ but to die is gain"…. We love you and your family and while crushed in our body at your departing, we are thrilled in our Spirit, live on Sheena, your reward was well earned and Heaven just got a real gem…
