Survived by his daughter, Lena Santillana, son-in-law, Stefan Schmitt, grand-children Ruth and Sergio Schmitt; siblings: Dr. Roberto Santillana, René Santillana, Omar Fraga, Práxedes Fraga, Iván Fraga and Fulgencio Fraga; nephews: Rubén Santillana, Lisván Fraga, Leduán Fraga, Daniel Fraga and Asdeany Fraga; mother-in-law: Gladys Flores; other in-laws: Flores, Anaya and Borrero families; Divone Walkup, caretaker and friend.
Pastored churches in Cuba, Texas, Washington State and Florida through more than 30 years of service to God and the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
