Mr. Carthel Rieser Blanks, 78, of Williston, FL, passed away May 28, 2014. He was born May 07, 1936 in Chambers County, Alabama. Mr. Blanks was a Journeyman. He is survived by his loving wife Fay Blanks; children Kenneth S. Blanks and Max E. Blanks; sister Patricia Ann Battles; 3 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F.
