Dearest Aunt Jacky and family,I just want to extend my deepest sympathy to all of Uncle Walt’s family. I know you know that his spirit lives on and always will. The times he laughed, gave advice, or just listened, will echo in the memories of those whose lives he touched. I know you know death cannot diminish the important ways a Husband, Father, Brother, Grandfather or Uncle touched our lives. We will remember the good times we shared and his memory will remain forever. We are not saying goodbye, we will meet again in heaven.Love to all of you, our love one is forever and Angel watching over all of us.Deepest sympathy and love,Sandra Chafin-Mones4/17/2014

When I think of Walt, he is standing behind the group of people gathered (because he was so tall.) He was quiet (because he was listening.) He was smiling (because he was a happy, Godly man.) His eyes twinkled (because he loved his wife and family so much and was content.) He was ALWAYS there. God made a wonderfully, complete man when He made Walt, a treasure who will be greatly missed. My love I send to Jacky and family. May Jesus hold you all close with comfort and peace.

I loved Walt Cason. He was a great friend to my dad -those early morning meetings at McDonald's before their golf game and "tube steaks" on the grill. He was a great man in the community with a fun sense of humor and outstanding character. He will be missed!
