Ouch Neth, age 93, of Apopka, passed away on Saturday, March 29, 2014. She was born on April 09, 1920 in Battambang, Cambodia. Mrs. Neth moved to the Central Florida area 19 years ago from Jacksonville. She was a Christian and a homemaker.
Mrs. Neth is survived by her loving daughter, Tiffany Tep of Apopka; five grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
