Robert (Bob) Lee Shimp, 78 of Apopka, passed away Friday, March 28, 2014. He was born April 30, 1935 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was a Real Estate Agent and a veteran of the US Air Force. Mr. Shimp is survived by his loving wife Jane of Apopka and pre deceased by his sister Betty Forio.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F.
