Norman Louis Ustler, age 85, of Apopka, passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2014. He was born on January 03, 1929 in Apopka to Ora and John Ustler. Mr. Ustler served in the US Army and worked as a fire fighter for the City of Apopka. He is survived by his loving wife, Sharon Joy Ustler of Apopka; children, Gerald Norman Ustler and Richard Louis Ustler; and two grandchildren. This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
