Chris,I'm sorry to hear about your mom's passing. Losing a parent is hard rgardless of age. May you gain comfort and strength from the Scriptures. John 5:28,29 shows that Jesus can resurrect the dead back to life and will do so again in the future. I hope you find that comforting. My deep sympathies to your family.

Frankie, the girl's and I will miss you so much! But we know you are where you are meant to be, reunited with loved ones lost in the past, especially Aunt Shannon! So many times, you were the rock for the the girls and I both, a shoulder to cry on, and always showed us love and kindness throughout the years..Even before I had the girls, you treated me as your own daughter, and I have never seen it any other way, even after your son and I divorced! For 15 years you were in my life as a mother figure and friend. You spent 12 years as a loving grandparent for my children! You took the place of their father for so many years, making sure that they knew he loved them, and through my hard times, you took my place many times and let them know I loved them! And I can't thank you enough for keeping them in church, when I wasn't…Eve'Lynn will always cherish the times she had with you! Learning to cook, clean, and Drive…She is playing your role now for Papa Mike when they visit your house..making sure he is taking care of! And daddy since he has been there lately. You instilled a motherly instinct in Eve'Lynn which will never leave her!Maria is still so innocent, she is so happy you are with Aunt Shannon now. The night this happened, Maria didn't know she was at a friends birthday sleepover and the subject came up about family members of her friend dieing. Maria told the girl "God has a plan for everyone!" I think this really helped Maria get thru this! The other night she said "My kids won't know their Nana!" It made me cry, but I explained to her how they didn't meet my Mamaw either and that God needs angels like Grandmothers in heaven!Thank you so much for all you've done for me and my girls! God knew we needed you! No worries anymore for you, now just sit back relax in peace and watch us make you proud!! We will see you at the gates of Heaven when it is time! <3<3 xoxo Erica, Eve'Lynn, & Maria xoxo <3

My thoughts and prayers have been with you all. The loss of a wife, mother and grandmother brings many emotions. May God lead you all and keep you safe. May you all find peace within through this difficult time.Frankie and I Grand mothered together. When our children were fighting battles of their own we became a team and pulled together to care for our granddaughters. I could call Frankie and tell her something was going on and she would say" What can I do to help, Kim just tell me what you want or need me to do". There was one thing for sure to all who met or knew Frankie her granddaughters was her pride and joy. Frankie, I want to say, I know the battles you have fought and I know the love in your heart. Thank you for grand mothering with me. You will always hold a place in my heart. The war is over and the battles have cleared, now you can rest with no more tears. I know you will be watching over the girls with love guiding them and doing your best to keep them safe. You earned your wings now Nana fly….
