Dean Aubrey Strickland, age 47, of Ocoee, passed away on Friday, January 10, 2014. He was born on June 06, 1966 in Hardin County, KY. Mr. Strickland worked in automotive industry.
Mr. Strickland is survived by his loving wife, Pamela Strickland; parents, Irmgard and James Strickland; children, Cortney Meeks, Dean Strickland, and Paige Strickland; siblings, Kenny Strickland, Donna Trujillo, Gabrielle Strickland, Debra Morgan, and Danielle Conover; and grandchild, Addison Meeks. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to assist with the cost of services.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
