Vytautas "Vyto" Thomas Abraitis, age 68, of Kissimmee, passed away on Wednesday, November 13, 2013. He was born on September 25, 1945 in Thuine, Germany. Mr. Abraitis moved to the Central Florida area seven years ago from New Jersey. He was a Catholic and worked as a graphic designer in the advertising industry. He is survived by his brother Sarunas Abraitis and his ex-wife, Vivien Abraitis-Newcomer.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
