David Fuller Newcomer, age 67, of Kissimmee, passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2013. He was born on November 04, 1945 in Cleveland, OH to Charles and Caroline Newcomer. Mr. Newcomer worked as a graphic design professional in the advertisement and marketing industry. He is survived by his loving wife, Vivien Newcomer; daughters, Hillary Spear and Melissa LaFollette; siblings, Charles Newcomer and Caroline "Kim" Newcomer; and grandchildren, Patrick Spear, Edward Spear, Will Spear, Harrison Fuller LaFollette, and Olivia Rose LaFollette. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at 4:00 PM at St. Nicholas Anglican Church 1729 Business Center Lane, Kissimmee, FL 34758.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
