You continue to be on my mind and in my thoughts as I wonder about the many adjustments for the family left behind. What a beautiful tribute to uncle Fred! The service caught the essence of who he was and how much he loved, and was loved! His memories will last until the glorious reunion in heaven! Love you

I didn't have the pleasure of knowing you ,Fred, but I have come to know your daughter, Shelly. I have to say that if she is anything like you then you were amazing. She is strong, smart, beautiful, stubborn, outgoing and loud, funny as heck, and always there to lend a hand or a shoulder. You must have been a wonderful father because you raised a wonderful daughter. Fly high Mr. Harris and may you always look down upon your family with a smile and embrace them with your new-found wings. Sincerely, Seven

Grandpa Fred; Even though we started off on the wrong foot so to speak, I grew to love and respect you as much as, if not more than, my own blood family. You always took time out for me Fred, (even when you probably didn't want to), and that is more than anyone else rarely did in my life. You were always there to lend an ear when I had to talk it out, and since actions speak louder than words, you showed your love to me in that way when nobody else would. I'm soon to go through a short season in my life that I really do not want to face without you there to lean on. I will remember as best I can your words of encouragement and will soldier through it as if your still here, but it sure would be nice if I could still hear your voice speaking encouragement to me. I love you Grandpa, and I'm looking forward to the day when we can go to that "All Night Gospel Sing" together, one like the one in Bonifay has never seen. I love you, Fred, and will remember you always. Johnboy.

My deepest sympathy to the whole Harris family. I have loved Fred, Kay, Mike Shelly and Dan for 30 years. Life pulled us apart, then back together as the cycle of life will do. His love and strength will never be forgotten as he left a part of that in all of us, but especially his children and grandkids. If I ever want to see Fred I just have to see Mike Shelly of Dan cause that's where the love is. Many blessings to all the Harris families.Maureen Courtney & Sons

Uncle Fred…….hard working, loving, understanding, willing to listen even when I was a small boy. I will miss you so much…….I was hoping we could have made it to a FSU game this year. Many blessings and prayers during this time for the whole family. I am starting to see the shift for family reunions to be staged from Bonifay to Flagler Beach to the final reunion spot past the Pearly Gates. Love you Uncle Fred.Gary Harris Family

Seems like we're losing too many of our loved ones. Kay, I know you've had it rough in the last two years, with losing your only sister and now your husband. I pray God will keep His arms around you and comfort you. Michael, Shelly and Dan, please know that all of you are in my prayers. I love you all.Tots Price
