Jeffrey David Channell, age 56, of Apopka, Florida passed away Thursday, May 23, 2013. He was born December 28, 1956 in Orlando. He was a Warehouseman. He was a member of the Apopka Elks Lodge. Mr. Channell is survived by his mother, Barbara Channell; companion, LaDonna Evans and brother, Jerome D. (Norma) Channell.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. I met Jeff when we visited LaDonna in Florida. He was nice, quiet, and he made my Aunt happy. That was good enough for me. He will be missed.
