Jacques A. Ragan, 74 of Apopka, Florida, passed away March 18, 2016. Mr. Ragan was born January 6, 1942, in Asheville, North Carolina. He worked as a Greenhouse Manager. Mr. Ragan is survived by his loving wife Susan Ragan of Apopka, FL; son Paul G. Ragan; brother Edward L. Ragan and sister Vivian R. Wakefield.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F.
