Wanda Jo Ouder, 59, of Astatula, Florida passed away on April 28, 2017. Mrs. Ouder was born on July 17, 1957 in Conway, South Carolina. She is survived by her children Samantha Pyles and Joseph Z. Fowler; siblings Vickie Itson, Jewell Cribb, Sherrill McNutt; 3 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F.
