Don was three years older than me – a first cousin l never met. His parents visited us from Florida when l was a child, and l loved my Uncle Oren and Aunt Fanny very much. I first met Don on Facebook six years ago. We exchanged family photos, memories, connections, and became “real” cousins and friends and we stayed in touch.
I will miss his daily posts and pictures, his poems and comments. I’ve loved getting to know Don, his children and other relatives through Facebook. I grieve for long distances, losses, and separation, but l don’t grieve as those who have no hope. ( I Thes. 4:16). One day, because of our faith in Jesus Christ, we’ll have a happy Campbell Clan reunion in Heaven. I pray that big family circle will be complete. I can’t wait to see Don in person.
I send my love, prayers, and condolences to all who loved him. ♥️🙏🏼- Sharon Waite Chester
