Grant Travis Scott Keiffer was born on April 17, 1996 in Orlando, Florida. He was a life-long resident of Apopka. Grant’s immediate family members are his parents Bret and Peggy Keiffer and his sister Grace (Ryan) Stratton.
Grant attended Trinity Christian School in Apopka from preschool-4th grade. He also attended Wolf Lake Elementary, Wolf Lake Middle School and graduated from Apopka High School in 2014. While at Apopka High School he was a member of the Tennis team and Marching/Concert Band. He attended the University of Central Florida and graduated in 2019 with a degree in Advertising and Public Relations. While at UCF he was a member of the Marching Knights and Crew/Rowing team. Grant grew up attending Thrive Church in Apopka, where he was a member.
During his high school and college years he worked at Publix in Apopka and Mamak Asian Restaurant in Orlando.
Grant loved life. He never met a stranger and was a friend to all. Grant loved attending music festivals, traveling, talking to friends and most of all his sweet puppy, Roofus. Grant had a great sense of humor and was the life of any party or gathering. He reached out to others and truly cared for everyone he met.
He is also survived by his grandmother Vicky Denning, aunts and uncles; Mindy/Marty Irwin, Tod Keiffer, Laura/Mark Pooser, Nancy/Roger Elliott and many cousins.
Grant truly exemplified the love of Christ and had a servant’s heart. Grant went to be with his Lord and Savior on January 22, 2022.
He was loved by all and will be greatly missed.

We are so sorry for your loss of Grant here on earth. The good news is knowing about the heavenly reunion. Your sadness is the separation until then. We pray you take comfort in lots of good memories. I have one of Grant playing tag with me around your dining room table when he was very little!

I’m deeply sorry for the loss of your son, I know the pain you must be going through, I did not know Grant. However I do know his grandma Vicky.
