Rick Anthony Bailey, 71, of Apopka, Florida passed away on February 08, 2023. Mr. Bailey was born on March 17, 1951 to the late E.H. and Elaine Bailey in Natural Bridge, Virginia. Mr. Bailey is preceded in death by his siblings Wanda Bell, Betty Suggs and Trip Bailey. He is survived by his loving wife Karen Bailey; children Staci (Steve) Golden; siblings Libby Anderson; grandchildren Jackson Bailey Golden and Samantha Kendall Rose Golden; as well as his beloved pets Barkley, Brinley and Barrett. He will be missed by his many loved ones and friends.

This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
