Jeffrey Robert Jocoy, 52, of Ocoee, Florida passed away on February 28, 2023. Mr. Jocoy was born on February 3, 1971 to the late Mary Lynn Jocoy in Atlanta, Georgia. He is preceded in death by his twin brother Jim Jocoy. He is survived by his child Jacob Jocoy; father Robert Jocoy; siblings Chris Jocoy and Matt Jocoy. As well as many loved ones and friends.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
