Lois “Evelyn” Dawson, 92, of Zellwood, Florida passed away on May 04, 2023. Mrs. Dawson was born on May 02, 1931 in Painesville, Ohio to the late Lewis and Alberta Kemp. Mrs. Dawson is preceded in death by her loving husband Frank Dawson; the father of her children Dean T. Muller Sr.; as well as six sisters and one brother. She is survived by her children Dean T. Muller Jr. and Sue Muller; as well as many nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.

I just wanted to say that although I didn’t get to meet your mom- I got to share her with you, every time I heard her in the car while you were taking her to lunch. All the stories we shared and laughed about it. She had you and how lucky to have that daughter-mom relationship.

Evelyn was a tough cookie and hung in there for a long time. She was always good to me and kind. You were a good daughter Sue. She was lucky to have had you. I know you will miss her as I have felt that loss myself. But take solace in knowing that she is finally at rest. God bless you and Skip as you go though this difficult time.
