Baby Girl Lizelle Martinez, 7 months, of Apopka, Florida passed away on May 09, 2023. Ms. Martinez was born on September 16, 2022 in Orlando, Florida. She is survived by her loving parents Ezequiel and Lusia Martinez; siblings Leysa Martinez and Ezequiel D. Martinez; as well as many extended family members. She will be dearly missed by her many loved ones and friends.
Lizelle was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect known as TOF/PA/MAPCAS since birth. It was critical that she undergo a life-saving surgery to survive. She had surgery at only seven months old. While we had hoped for a positive outcome, her legacy as a heart warrior lives on through our efforts to raise awareness of CHD and preserve her memory. If you would like to honor Lizelle’s memory and support families in need, please consider donating to The Ronald McDonald House Charities, https://www.rmhccf.org, an organization that provided assistance during our time of need and continues to support countless others.
