Cindy Sue Walters, 67, long time resident of Apopka, Florida passed away on August 14, 2023. Mrs. Walters was born on September 04, 1955 in Sylvester, Georgia to the late William and Bonnie Long. She is survived by her daughter Natalie (James) Manley; siblings Charlotte Radeski and Kay Coons; grandchildren Amber and Summer; as well as K-9 companion Lola. She will be missed by her extended family, loved ones and friends.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
