David left me with a word picture I’ve chuckled about many times. I was visiting he and Teresa when I observed my grandkids had lots of friends that hanged around their house. I commented on this to David. He responded,”Yes, and we have lots of sleepovers around here. Some times I come home at night and the living room is wall to wall sleeping bags, quilts and blankets. I just go around the room lifting the corners of the covers until I see my two are there and safe then I too can go to bed!” That’s David.

Mr David Steele was one of a kinda. Loved by a lot of people and will missed by more. Always was good times and big smiles when around him. Not a shy bone in his body. It’s easy to think of a time when he made you laugh, smile or when you looked forward to seeing him. Or when there was some awesome food to sit down and eat that was cooked by wonderful wife and Ms Teresa. You knew you were in great company around them. Miss you Mr David. God bless you Mr David, hope my dad can cook you the food I would tell you about in heaven. Eddie Cook always loved you like a father, I’m sure he knew that.
Heart goes out to his family.
