Eleanor Skibo says
Norma Ryan was always more than a friend; she was a lady with love in her heart. Norma went the extra mile for everyone, giving of her time, effort and care for just about everything a person would need.
I met Norma while working as a journalist and a
photographer in Brownsville. Norma was Brownsville
and more. She could always point you in the right
direction to obtain information.
Norma Ryan will be missed by many friends, family
members, and co-workers on several boards.
