Devin Ashford Willoughby passed away on July 27, 2024, in his hometown of Apopka, Florida, at the young age of 17. Born on May 8, 2007, in Apopka, he was the youngest of three sons of Denise Blair and Brent Willoughby Sr.
Devin attended Apopka High School, where he was starting his senior year, expected to graduate in 2025. Devin enjoyed playing video games, loved animals of all kinds and was looking forward to learning a trade to pursue after high school.
Devin was a shy, kind hearted soul, with an infectious smile. Growing up Devin enjoyed being active in Cub Scouts, fishing, beach trips, and taking care of animals. Devin is survived and deeply missed by his loving parents, Denise Blair (James Blair) and Brent Willoughby Sr. (Becki Willoughby), brothers, Brenton Willoughby Jr, and Nathan Willoughby, and step sisters Hailey Price, and Hannah Price. He also leaves behind his maternal grandparents, Robert and Patrica Noeske, his paternal grandparents, William and Dorene Willoughby, and a loving family of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. A service to celebrate Devin’s life will be held on August 10, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the Loomis Funeral Home, located at 420 W Main St, Apopka, Florida.

Such a sad time, Devin moved next door a few years ago with Denise and James, and immediately came over to get to know me and Carolyn. He was excited to learn that I had BBQ Sauces in the market place. He would many times be out back and would talk to me across the fences between our properties, about many subjects. Always a wonderful, loving person, I looked forward to seeing him and talking to him. He would come over and bring some eggs, knock on the door and amazingly each time he came, he had grown another inch. I will miss him very much.
Aunt Stephanie Noeske says
I will miss that baby boy so much .I remember when we went on a fishing trip he was probably 10 -12 years old and he was the first one that caught a fish he was so excited I went to help him unhook the catfish and somehow the side fin got caught in my hand and I had to go into the emergency room because I was in a lot of pain. Devin was out in the waiting room so concerned about me thinking that it was his fault. Of course it wasn’t his fault but he asked to come see me in the emergency room and he came and seen him and he was so upset he was crying and concerned. until this day on every holiday Christmas and Thanksgiving he would always want to look at my hand to see the scar and see if it still hurts it just breaks my heart that this baby boy is gone. He is with God now until I see you again. I love you Devin

Shawn Robles says
Devon was my helper for my handyman business. He was always polite and helpful he had a great attitude. I have been blessed to get to know him over the years. He had finally started to think for himself to accomplish tasks that was always my hope. He was asking me questions about God and I would answer with the scripture.
I don’t know if he accepted Christ but I prayerfully hope he did. I hope to see him in heaven
