Mrs. Joyce Phillips Cravey

Joyce Ann Cravey, 86, of Tavares, Florida passed away on September 01, 2024. Mrs. Cravey was born on August 21, 1938 in Dalton, Georgia. She is survived by her loving husband Jack V. Cravey; children Sharon (Billy) Thornton, Susan (Steve) Williams and Sandi (Ronnie) Tallent; sisters Wanda (Joe) Fincher and Sheryl (Don) May; stepchildren Jane (Tom) Harper, Jimmy (Kimmy) Cravey and Joel (Lisa) Cravey; as well as 14 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Mrs. Cravey loved to travel in her camper, loved the Smoky Mountains, quilting, knitting and crocheting. She moved to Lake Jem from Dalton, Georgia in 1969. In 2015 she wrote a devotional, “Straight from the Word.” She will be missed by her many loved ones and friends.
