Roslyn Ann Moffett, 76, passed away on November 15, 2024, in Orlando, Florida. Formerly of Cherry Hill, NJ, she is lovingly remembered by her beloved husband William of 57 years, her devoted sons, William (Lorena) and Thomas, and her precious grandchildren Haley, Abigail, Emma, and Ethan. She will also be deeply missed by her brothers Howard (Lynne) Shields, Richard (Kathy) Shields, sister Jeanine (Dennis) Moffett and loving in-laws Grace (Richard) Silverman, Theresa Moffett (JP) and John (Teresa) Moffett. She treasured her twelve nieces and nephews and their families who treated her with the same love, warmth, and generosity she had for each of them.
Roslyn was an avid gardener and enjoyed country line dancing but among her most cherished memories were the many family gatherings, field trips with her grand-babies and holiday dinners at home. She loved her pets and her life at, as she called it, her “resort” in Florida. Every gift, gesture, card, message and greeting she received was special to her.
Her good-natured, always smiling, positive attitude allowed her to deal with many profound health issues and was the inspiration she left for all of us.
Her life was marked by dedication and generosity to her entire family. Her kindness, warmth, and unwavering love will be cherished forever by all of us and her memory will live on in the stories, laughter and love she inspired. Roslyn will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to know and love her.
A visitation followed by a funeral mass will be held at St Stephen’s Church, located at 6306 Browning Rd., Pennsauken, NJ, on December 3rd. The visitation will commence at 10:00 AM, followed by mass at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Roslyn can be made to the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, or favorite charity.

Ros and I haven’t seen each other for many years , we talked on the phone many times and had long conversations, mostly about nothing important. We would get a lot of laughs and catch up on things. I will miss those conversations. My deepest condolences. Rick
