John Arnold Ford, 76, of Apopka, passed away Wednesday, September 24, 2014. He was born June 29, 1938 in Pittsburgh, PA. He was a retired College Professor with a PhD from Union Institute and his undergraduate degree from University of Miami. Dr. Ford was also an accomplished author. He loved football, cars, and being on a boat. Dr. Ford is survived by his loving wife Katherine of Mt. Dora; daughter Amy Ford of Louisana; and Harry Ford of New York. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations to be made to Word of Life Church (John Ford fund) in Apopka, Florida.
