Mrs. Joan F. Farley

Joan F. Farley, 74, of Orlando, Florida passed away on February 21, 2025. Mrs. Farley was born on April 27, 1950 in Kenova, West Virginia to the late Walt and Erna Kiser. Mrs. Farley is preceded in death by her brother Wayne Kaiser. She is survived by her loving husband Robert L. Farley Jr; brothers Walter (Joy) Kaiser and Wendel (Barbara) Kaiser; daughters Joni Fitzgerald and Suzy (Ben) Bareman; granddaughter Taylor (Alex) Scowden; as well as several nieces and nephews. She will be missed by her many loved ones and friends.
