Arthur (Arkie) Bass, 70 of Orlando, Florida passed away November 06, 2021. Arkie was born August 20, 1951 in Live Oak Florida. He is preceded in death by his parents Shellie and Mildred Bass, as well as his brother Mike Bass. He is survived by his loving wife Pat Bass, his son Chip Kincaid and grandchildren and siblings Roselee Thomas, Buddy Bass, Lilly Cotten, Walt Bass, and many nieces and nephews.
His life long trade was as an electrician. He was such a loving husband, brother, uncle, and friend. He will be greatly missed by everyone who met him. He was such a funny man that brought humor to any situation that came up. We will all love and miss him forever.

This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
