Basil Earl Richards, age 64, of Winter Garden, passed away on Wednesday, December 04, 2013. He was born on July 16, 1949 in Ritchie County, WV to Indabelle and Thomas Richards. Mr. Richards worked as a cabinet builder and served in the US Marine Corps. He is survived by his son, Timothy Richards, daughter, Angela; siblings, Larry Richards and Pauline Headley; two grandchildren; and one great grandchild who is on the way.
