Billy E. "William" Foley, age 82, of Longwood, passed away Sunday, July 28, 2013. Mr. Foley is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Loretta Foley; sons, Mike and Kevin; stepdaughters, Darlene, Brenda, and Beth; 4 grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.
