Billy Wayne Casteel, 71, of Apopka, Florida passed away on June 09, 2022. Mr. Casteel was born on November 15, 1950 in Orlando, Florida. He is survived by his loving wife Diane Casteel; children William (Suzanne) Casteel and Mechele Wagner; granddaughter Amanda Casteel; as well as sisters Pat Godden and Tena (Charles) McDaniels. He will be missed by his many loved ones and friends.

This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.

I have only good memories of Billy. He would stop to visit his dad every day after work. Billy had a good heart. He always treated our Mom with respect. He will be missed by us all. RIP..
