Mr. Baker is survived by his wife Cynthia Mimms-Baker, Apopka, Florida; children Betsy Rizzuto and Tricia Baker; siblings Debbie Richards, Lori Mears, Steve Baker, Trudy Salo; 2 grandchildren.
