Bruce Sasser born in Orlando Florida on January 9,1965 passed away on July 3rd 2023 in his home after a long battle of cancer. Gone too soon, his passion was heavy highway construction for 40 years and loved each day he was blessed to go to work.
Bruce had a great love for his dog Lucy and really appreciated the little things in life like fishing, cars, relaxing on the boat, and working on his farm. Bruce was a loving husband and father that shared many stories of his younger days with family and friends. His infectious smile and manners would light up a room. His belief in God was great and kept the faith until the very end. He believed in making as many memories as you can because we are only here for a short time.
He is preceded in death by his parents James and Wanda Sasser and brother Craig Sasser. He is survived by his wife Gina Sasser, his children Rachel Borock, Taylor Sasser, and Trinity Cornell- Brothers Barry, Keith and Jimmy. Grandchildren, Brianna, Jeremiah, Tristan, and Aliyah and his many nieces and nephews. And his loyal companion and best friend Lucy.

Gone but never forgotten is so true. His belief in God is why it’s not a sad day. For God said cry when they are born in a life of sin, and laugh when they die for they are we me in heaven. No more pain no more sin and you will meet again. Yes it’s hard for those closest to him but if you believe in God as he did then you can believe you will get through it.

I’m so sorry to hear of Bruce’s passing. I enjoyed working with him at Hubbard for a lot of years. Always a bright spot! Condolences, hugs, and prayers to Gina, and the rest of his awesome family. Much love during this difficult time.

Prayer’s going up for you and your family, you are stronger than you think, and with God’s grace you will get through this ,cry when you need to and laugh when you want to He is gone from this world ,but never from your heart. We love you .One day at a time, remember to breathe, and always remember when you only see one set of footprints, that is when He is carrying you.
