Cecil Tolliver, 83, of Glen Rogers, West Virginia, passed away November 16, 2020. He was born September 25, 1937 in Glen Rogers, West Virginia to the late Wannie and Velva Tolliver. Mr. Tolliver is preceded in death by his siblings Jane Runyon and Shelby Arnold. He is survived by his loving wife Dorris Tolliver; children Rick (Lorri) Tolliver and Sandee Tolliver; grandchildren Ricky, Jennifer, Chris, Josh and Beka; 4 great grandchildren and many loved ones and friends.
