Charles Fred Harrell, 93, of Apopka, Florida passed away on November 02, 2021. Mr. Harrell was born on July 13, 1928 in Bean Station, Tennessee. He is survived by his children Charles Harrell Jr., Rhonda Hoggarth and Sheila Falls. Mr. Harrell will be missed by his many loved ones and friends.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F.
