Christopher Michael McGee, born on December 3, 1996, in Orlando, Florida, passed away on July 9, 2024, at the age of 27. Chris shared his birthday with his late father, who passed away in 2021, a bond that always held a special place in his heart.
Chris is survived by his loving wife, Darian; his mother, Angela; his brother, Dylan and his wife Kylie; his grandmothers, Anna and Barbara; and his beloved in-laws Pam and Billy. He is also remembered fondly by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and his beloved animals, who were a significant part of his life. He was an amazing “fur dad” to his babies, always ensuring they were cared for and loved.
Chris graduated from plumbing school and became a licensed plumber, a profession in which he took great pride. He had a passion for the outdoors, enjoying activities such as camping, hiking, fishing and kayaking. His love for animals was evident to all who knew him, and he found joy in their companionship.
Known for his quick wit and sense of humor, Chris was a jokester who could always bring a smile to those around him. He played football in his younger years, showcasing his athleticism and team spirit. Despite his many talents and accomplishments, Chris remained humble and kind-hearted, endearing him to everyone he met. Everyone that met him loved him.
Chris was not only an amazing husband but also a dedicated provider and Darian’s soulmate. His unwavering love and support for his family were the cornerstones of his life, and his legacy of love, laughter, and kindness will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. His presence will be deeply missed, but the memories he created will forever be cherished.

Christopher ‘Boogie’ McGee, my nephew and older son of my only brother, was a cherished young man. After his father’s death, I found solace in him due to his resemblance and sense of humor like his father. Boogie’s unfortunate early passing has caused me immense pain and sadness, and I will always love and miss him. I love you Boogie.

Angela and family.
My sincere condolences are with you all!
I am fortunate to have been able to meet and share a great day with Chris and his mom. We went as a group on a full day deep sea fishing trip. That day could not have been more perfect. The weather was great, the trip was smooth, and everyone had an amazing time. Chris and I were the only ones in our group who caught a fish. Which didn’t seem like much, but it is just a nice little special tidbit that I can share with him. I could never imagine that would be our last meeting, but I feel truly blessed that my memory of our time is such a wonderful one.
I knew then how much of an impact he had on his family, loved ones, and friends. He was such a great person who made everyone laugh. My heart breaks for all of you and I know that there are no words that can take away the astronomical pain you bear. Just know that all of our love and support goes to you.

Angela, Dylan, Darian, and Family,
There are no words to take away the pain of the loss you all have experienced over the last few years and now the passing of Chris. Nothing can take away the pain of grief, there is no time limit or remedy. Absolutely nothing!
The memories of Chris will forever stay in your heart and minds. As you walk through this difficult time, draw from the strength that only the Lord Jesus can give. He will give you peace and strength to endure. You all are loved and are being lifted up in prayer.

Chris “Tiny” McGee, we met through work and bonded quickly over school, work and our love for just about everything under the sun. We would talk for hours about everything from BBQ to Ancient Conspiracies to Marvel movies to family and life in general. He was also one of the hardest working guys I knew. When all else had failed he would come thru, usually with pure brute strength. All the while cracking jokes. He was my best and closest friends. A true one. I miss him a ton.
My heart goes out to his wife, his mother and his family.
