He resided in West New York, New Jersey for four years, in 1984 he moved to Florida, making Orlando/Apopka his home. He was a hardworking man always providing for his family.   He worked in construction and for the last few years he worked in the Engineering Department at Florida Hospital where he worked side by side with his son. He was well liked by his neighbors and co-workers that will start calling him "Papi", after hearing his son and daughters call him Papi.

Cisner was known for his generosity and willingness to help others. He had a love for nature and enjoyed many hours gardening and listening to music.  Family was his all,   keeping the family united and close was important.  There was no need  of a special holiday for a cookout or meal, just an impromptu gathering to  celebrate being a family and life in general were special, he would sit back and rejoiced seeing his family and friend enjoying a good home cooked meal and having a good time. Cisner lived life to the fullest. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend that will be missed dearly!!
