Mr. Ortiz is survived by his loving wife Leticia Martinez Ortiz; children Lisette Ortiz, Lexine Ortiz and Joaquin Ortiz; father Joaquin Ortiz and siblings Sandra Ortiz, Adriana Ortiz and Eduardo Ortiz.
