David Richard Kutchak, 70, of Apopka, Florida passed away on August 11, 2022. Mr. Kutchak was born on March 09, 1952 to the late Nicholas and Julia Kutchak in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. Mr. Kutchak is preceded in death by his brother Larry Kutchak. He is survived by his loving wife Amy Kutchak; children Kelly (Greg), Robert (Cyndi), Leesa, Nicholas, Ellen and Adam; brother Leon (Susan) Kutchak; grandchildren Natalie, Bronson, Brendan, Gavin, Chloe, Dylan and Addisyn; as well as his great grandson Elijah. He will be missed by his many loved ones and friends.
