In 1957, At just 14, he embarked on tractor work to finance his new tractor, a testament to his determination and industrious nature. His passion for tractors wasn’t only recreational, it was also recognized when he won the State Tractor Driving Contest while serving as Treasurer in the Future Farmers of America (FFA).
